Dear Doctor I was ill few days back where I was having vomiting. After taking medicines I am feeling better but I am feeling dizzy when I look down or bend forward which is affecting my daily activities. I am worried about this

Can be due to low sugar, low blood pressure (postural hypotension) , anemia, hypothyroidism, ear problems, vertigo. Kindly get the following tests: Thyroid profile Iron profile Vit B12 Vit D Cbp Lft FBS, HbA1c Get your blood pressure checked. Consult an ENT or MD medicine in your year for proper physical check up.
