The weather has been hotter and every time I get too hot and sweat I feel dizzy and sick and if I don’t cool down I will be sick

Drink lot of water , add glucose to your drink , eat citrus fruits , avoid, spicy , heavy and oily food.Wear loose cotton cloth .
