My mum feels always dizzy especially when she is in bed relaxing or moving around, also a little need of vomiting after eating.

Hello..Well it would have been better if yu could have mentioned her age...We need to examine her..It's better you get her blood pressure checked so that we can see if that's the cause of it..Or even anemia van cause such symptoms...Thank you
