Dizziness(unsteadiness) sometimes

Feeling dizziness(unsteadiness,no spinning) and drowsiness today and while dizziness both side back muscles become some tight. Also having gas problem, is it due to gas problem?? Sometimes dryness in mouth also. PS- I was on escitalopram 10mg and clonazepam 0.5mg past 14 days, stopped clonazepam yesterday and continuing with escitalopram only.

Actually, the gas problems are due to dizziness and Pain. Stopping clonazepam causes discomfort also.
