Dizziness since 2 weeks

Hi doctor, My wife is experiencing dizziness since 2 weeks recently. She felt it 3 or 4 times but the occurrence is now increasing as she felt dizziness 2 times in two days. We are recently married and the problem started just 2 weeks back. She has no prior medical condition and no disease. I mapped her blood pressure right after dizziness and it was like 112 and 60/70 respectively. One of the doctor told us it could be due to cervical or acidity. but as occurrence is increasing , I would like to know the right direction to approach. In current covid 19 situation, we don't want to visit a hospital. Can anyone kindly advise the reason and doctor to consult?

Dizziness when not due to obvious causes like BPchanges, hypoglycemia low sugar, cervical spondylitis could be due to ear causes. Its important you take a detailed consultation
