I m suffering dizziness and acidity and weakenes at the time of dizziness from last weak when i go bad that time i feel better but at time of walking and sitiing that time time feeling dizziness

Acidity might cause giddiness as well as weakness. A good antacid + antiemetic , a temporary anti-vertigo for symptomatic relief might work
