Dear doctor, Two days back I felt dizzy n got vomitings. From yesterday no vomitings but dizzy is still there. Actually I am under bed rest due to my femur bone fracture. Now when I turn my head left or right side, feeling dizzy n spinning around. Please suggest n advice.
