Dizziness and nausea in pregnancy

Hi I am 39 week pregnant. Since last 3 days I am feeling diziness and lightheaded, nausea. It is lasting for 10 to 20 min. Feeling ok after that. My sugar was 122 after 2 hrs in 34 week. What can be the reason. Please suggest.

You are wasting your time. You are already 39 weeks pregnant. You should consult with your Gynaecologist regarding the need for induction of labour. Symptoms associated with 39 weeks pregnancy should be addressed by terminating pregnancy.

I would suggest to physically consult doctor as these symptoms might sound normal sometimes but can be due to underlying problems. Especially high blood pressure
