I'm having dizziness and lightheadedness since from 3 ,weeks what is the reason should I be worried about it?? Is dizziness threat full please reply

Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned check your blood pressure and hemoglobin% if low add (Iron caps) regularly,If it is normal then take (Cingeron-25 mg) twice a day and do exercise for (BPV) three times a day. Hope that helps and wish you a good health
