Dizziness and lightheaded

Earlier I had anxiety and insomnia 3 months back but from last 20 days I am having dizziness all the time

Hello Mr. -- I will like to clarify few things to you. Dizziness is common symptom for everyone in their life. -- What  important is , the cause of dizziness. Cause : 1. Organic :        * Recent head injury     * Cranial nerve /tract/ nucleus involvement.     * Syncope ( heart involvement)     * Blood pressure  ( postural hypotension)     * Haemoglobin deficiency     * Electrolyte impairment     * Blood sugar problem     * Middle and inner Ear problem 2. Psychiatric :         * Over dose of sleeping pill or anxiolytic        * Somatoform disorder         * Any substance (alcohol, cannabis, opioid,        Nicotine) use         * Dissociative disorder.
Next Steps
-- As I have mentioned above ,some of the common causes of dizziness so it is not justice and simple to rule out all the causes in a chat . -- Visit a Psychiatrist and let him do the right job that is good for your health.

It could be residual anxiety . Please try tab Lurasidone 20 mg at night for 20 days

If dizziness is there all the time. Your Blood pressure must be checked. Also to look for Anemia. Some medications may also cause this as a temporary side effect.
