Distorted vision after cataract surgery

My father (60) had a cataract surgery on his right eye with a monofocal IOL (Eyhance). 36 hours after surgery, he says he's seeing things slightly bent with his right eye. Is this distorted vision normal? Will it subside?

Sometimes distorted vision may occur because of corneal oedema...still its very early to comment...consult your eye surgeon for detailed eye examination
