Distal Tibia fracture treated with IMN

7 days Post OP Advised to move through walker from day 3, but without bearing weight on fractured leg Am not able to sleep on back, am side sleeper, not able to keep the leg straight for some time... Can I sleep sideways with bending leg on side ? Don't know what to do, but during sleep unconsciously am sleeping on side only... I don't feel any pain, I Doubt whether it distrub the healing process... How long I have to keep my leg straight? What to do exactly pls help me...

You must move your limb within the limits of tolerance of pain. Keep a pillow under the operated limb. Sleep in comfortable position. Do exercises for the operated limb . Consult your surgeon from time to time.
