Hi. Repeated dislocations of the shoulder means there is some laxity of the ligaments that give it stability. Or you might have injured those ligaments at the time of your first dislocation.

You need to get further evaluation done with the help of an MRI. During the first dislocation, the structures which prevent dislocation must have got injured which might lead to a recurrent dislocation like the condition you're facing now. So MRI of your shoulder will give an insight into these structures which prevent dislocation: if they are intact or not

This is probably a bankart leison which is causing recurrent dislocation..u will need to do an mri of the shoulder and if the bankart leison is confirmed then u will need arthroscopic surgery for bankart repair.
