It may take one year to conceive seven if all is ok. So just get basic test like thyroid profile, ultrasound lower abdomen and husband semen analysis done.

There are many basic tests that you can do like Ultrasound of pelvis, Follicular study, Hormonal profile. For your husband also , semen test can be done. It is best if you could meet a nearby Gynecologist and get yourself checked
