At 4 weeks you can't hurt your pregnancy by lifting your baby. I wonder if you can teach a child of 2 years about how to behave properly. I suppose things will settle down as time passes.

Early pregnancy requires utmost care and diligence as it is the most sensitive time of conception. It's okay to feel Mild discomfort but it may be an ominous sign too. Be mindful with activities. Take help of the family members for managing toddler. Consult with your obstetrician if needed. Stay safe and happy 😊

Due to sudden lifting of the child, it would have caused you some discomfort. You have to avoid doing sudden things during your pregnancy. How long were you feeling the discomfort and was there any pv bleeding or spotting later on will decide the future treatment course. As you have said currently you did not experience any bleeding, so all must be fine. Just take some rest . Also visit your gynecologist once and get Ultrasound done to be on safer side.
