L5S1 level left subarticular disc protrusion causing compression on anterior theca- mild indentation of left exiting nerve roots. This causes pain in left leg and difficulty in walking after sitting for some time. Spondiolyosis on L2-L5 and L3-L5 Can a 28 year old get severe back issues like this and what should be done to treat this?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the  patient in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Yes more or less disc is disease of young and active age group including you. Depends on how much bad posture you use and body fitness. Need to avoid sitting on ground. No weight lifting from ground. Use western toilet. Sos painkillers.
