Disc herniation at L4 L5 and S1

Hello I had a disc herniation at L4 L5 with compression in the nerve of my right leg the pain radiates down my right leg Everytime I try to walk making it difficult for me to move. Had taken physiotherapy for 2 months however the pain has now stuck in my back. No pain in the leg right now. 70% improvement is there. So I wanted to know should I plan pregnancy now? Will there be any problem again with my disc if I conceive? Or shall I wait for few more months to get better?

I had previously replied to a question very similar to yours or was it yours only I don't know.  I was say it again that pregnancy itself can cause back and hip pain due to hormone changes, weight gain etc. Disc prolapse usually does not worsen with pregnancy. Do lot of back, pelvis and hip exercises. Get better and plan accordingly.
