But i would like to know how it is going to help and what should be my do's and don't. Like can i play sports with that pain like badminton basket tennis. How about sleeping habits. Can you tell me if jogging is ok? How about climbing stairs? What mattress should be used? Hot water is going to help? How about travelling like i have to travel for 45 mins to office in cab? You shouldn't play sports Sleep In your comfort position Jogging not ok. Walking is best( not for more than 20 mins) Don't take stairs more than once or twice in a day Mattress should Not be very soft and not very hard No, ice gel packs is best. If pain is severe, apply ice packs for every 2 hours for 2-5 mins Wear lumbar belt while travelling. Avoid sitting for longer time. Take a break for every 30 mins.
