Need proper rest about 1week , than most important things is how you get up from bed? Always get up in side line position, Do not bend forward, don't lift heavy weight, don't sit on chair more than 35-40 min, just get up walk at least 10-15 steps than you can sit again, etc Do and Don't are most, these are small things but will make big difference and it will cure ur problem about 50%, rest u can take Physiotherapy treatment and Ortho consultation
