My mri screening is 3 years old. I am a new mother with 1.5 yr old kid. Facing lower back pain and right leg weakness. Pain is mild. My old report says mild disc bulge in l4 and l5 with annular tear and narrowing bilateral foramina with impingement in exiting nerve roots. Pls help! Is this serious?

This depends on clinical scenario... If u have weakness along with radiating pain with severe manifestation of nerve root compression then only surgery required.. Other wise not..... Mild disc bulge won't cause severe symptoms.... Need examination to comment further..
