Disc bulge

I was diagnosed with disc bulge in April , been doing exercises , cat-camel , stretches and all !! Started working out with dumbells and started doing little abs too , been a month BUT still there is little tingling left thigh and lower back pain right side and it kinda stays , little little like 2.5/10 but it's there !! How much time will it take more ??? Any particular exercise I should be doing because it's been 6 months !! In April when it started The pain was never severe , had maybe a little bit of lower back pain while walking for a week maybe !!
