Disappearing Symptom at 6 week pregnancy

I am currently 6 week 6 days pregnant,the only symptom I had was tender breast and from last two days my breast pain has stopped and breast has become completely normal as pre-pregnancy. Please someone advise if this dissappearing symptom is normal or it's sign of any mishap. Please suggest as its my first pregnancy and I am anxious. My first scan due on 8th Oct .
