Hey You need to balance your daily routine. You need to modify what u eat with some physical activities. Take hot water early morning. Consume lots and lots of green vegetables. Drink milk 1 hour before bed. Try eating healthy. Healthy food leads to healthy mind which will eventually lead to less headache and good sleep.
