Sir , I have a problem of memory less and dippretion some time when anybody ask for my name I can't answer him imidetlly I was lost And I always waste te to thik nothing can't enjoy sicisal life

You should start meditation twice a day for 15mins per session. This will help you improve your concentration and focus. Also start having healthy food and exercise daily for atleast 30mins. Do this for a month and you will see the improvements, just in case you're not satisfied, contact a counselor
