Dilation pregnancy

I am 9 month 2 week(37week) pregnant with 1st child. Today I went for routine checkup  doc said my cervix is 1 cm dilated nd ur stomach seems tight according to me .  She told me to admit in night or next morning. I don't feel any pain or cramps but I feel my stomach bit harder. What can I do.
