I am smoking 2-3 cigarretes a day from past 6 years ..from 2 years ... i am not expelling firm stool or faecal matter from my body. the stool is very reddish or blackish in colour..as if blood is thEre in stool plus also experience frequent loose motions... in addition to this there is a constant mild pain in stomach

Most common reasons at this age group are haemorrhoids or fissure. Other differentials are inflammatory bowel disease or malignancy. These can be diagnosed by proper examination. If there is family history and suggested symptoms as you are telling, colonyscopy can be planned.

You probably need to see a gastroenterologist. It seems like inflammatory bowel disease from your description, but better to rule out other diseases as well
