Digestive issues with new born

My son is 2 month old and he is not passing stool regularly as early he is . It's been 6 days he is not passed any stool. Is it a concern or what medication will work here

Often normal at this age..if baby doesnt have abdominal distension or vomiting,then no need to worry..can use glycerine if not passed stools for more than  7-8 days ..
