Digestion problem since 4 years

I am going through digestive problems through 4 years now...I've been visiting some doctors for treatment but nothing worked out...one doctor sadi Ur affected by IBS...I'm scared that I got to know that IBS don't have any treatment and medication...😳 If someone can help me with it..I'm really very thankful to them.
