Hii doctors, could you all please suggest me that how can I increase digestives juices naturally since I don't feel hunger. For the past six months i have drank 1.5 litres of water in the empty stomach at morning this would have made me loss of appetite. But after aayurvedic doctors advice i stopped drinking much water in the morning but now also iam not feeling hungry. What are the natural foods that increase digestive juices and make me feel hungry. You doctors should all help me please🙏 and also let me know whether eating raw garlic on empty stomach increase digestive juices
