Thoracic region discs t4-t5, t5-t6, t6-t7, t7-t8 have a diffuse disc bulge. Please suggest me daily lifestyle and treatment

When it comes to the spine, only MRI findings are not important. Patient's symptoms are very important too. What problem do you have? If there is pain, where exactly is it? Since when do you have it? Does the pain spread from your back to your chest?
