He always cries while doing potty. Potty is not hard. It always comes as softer. What can be the issue?

It could be snal fissure. Examine the anal area carefully and if fissure present then apply Smuth ointment or Shield ointment over the area

Most probably anal fissure could be the cause  if there is redness with skin cuts around anal region, apply 2%lignocaine gel thrice a day wuld be a relief. And also try banana and fibre rich fruits for soft stools.
