I am having difficulty in sleeping in night as thoughts always come and have frequent urination in night

Please Do following... Put some cow ghee drops in both nostrils regularly before going to sleep Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Or Join gym for regular exercises Take milk regularly Take Tab tagara by Himalaya 1 Twice a day for 3 months Tab macfresh 1 at nt for few days only
