For past four days Iam having difficulty in swallowing frequent belching burning sensation in stomach and below my breast at the centre part of ribs on left side having swelling .sometimes it pain on both the ribs .Took abdomen and pelvic ultrasound and few blood test also

Your ultrasound examination report of Abdomen and Blood test results are normal. Please also get one X-ray chest done. In the meantime you should start with Tab Pantaprazole D, one daily in the morning and Mucaine gel 2 TSF twice daily.
