Difficulty in Breathing

I've been having stress anxiety from past 1 year and I most of the time breathe abnormally like more than usual whenever I think of my faliure or sometimes when I'm not thinking also. . these days when I start eating I start breathing heavily that I'm not able to chew food properly and enjoy it. What should I do ?
