Most probably you have a muscle spasm at the back near neck or upper back with a nerve entrapment which flows to front side of chest causing tightness, difficulty getting air in and tremors. sometimes there is also numbness in fingers with palpitation sensation in chest. You can visit my clinic or can do an online consultation.
