Difficulty Eating & Stomach Pain

I have had this pain in my abdomen & in the center of my back for like 4 weeks now. I haven't eaten a meal in like 5 weeks , I get hungry but when I get the food I can't stomach to eat it. Im constantly nauseous. I've been to a teen psychiatrist but he says it isn't a teen thing something is really wrong. Sometimes when I smell food I get hungry but I just don't have the appetite to eat it. When I do try to eat it feel like my throat won't let me swallow it & sometimes my stomach hurts more when I do each. Im not pregnant either. I just really need an honest answer on what this could be because my life is miserable at the moment.

Hi.... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function
