Different MCA PSV values

I did my Doppler at 33 week 3 days In one centre early morning after meal value came 101 cm/s making MOM 2.14 And in other centre where we went for second opinion value came 63.3 with MoM 1.34 ( less than 1.5 median which is normal ) Now m confused what should be my further course of action ? Why it's happening . Do I need intra uterine transfusion ?
