See man you need to change your life style. Avoid spicy, oily and fatty foods. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid outside food. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Go for morning and evening walks on a regular basis. Do some physical exercises on a regular basis. Don't over eat. Don't take stress. Add probiotics to your diet. The only way to distinguish between gastric problem and heart disease is to get investigations done towards heart. If you have a heart problems then some investigations will show that. Otherwise it is considered as being due to gastric issue. In fact in the olden days there used to be a term , "Cardiac Neurosis". It implied that the patient has many symptoms pertaining to heart but all investigations are normal.
