Diff in colonoscopy and biopsy report

Had colonoscopy and report suugest 'illoceal tb' but biopsy report for the same says 'Acute on chronic non specific colitis with ulceration. No granuloma seen'. Please help me why this difference in reports and what to fo next.

MUCOSAL biopsy taken in colonoscopy is very less sensitive. CT scan and some advanced blood test for tuberculosis main help in making or confirming the diagnosis.

Colonoscopy is visible appearance of mucosa , while HPE is actual characteristics of mucosal abnormalities. U r coloniscopic appearance must be like intestinal TB, but histopathological report suggested actute on chronic colitis with ulceration which may seen in TB.
