Diff between zinc and zinc oxide

Ny doctor recommend me mednocal zinc supplemt which contains 4 mg zinc but thise tablets are way too karge and get stuck in my throat so i ordered sofgel zinc capsule from finex lifecare but in this one ut conatins zinc oxide 7.5 mg is it different sould i take it or not i also shared pics with it
