Suggest m good diet plan.but some condition or problm are there-> during childhood i cannot eat
sugar ,sweet fruits,,,when i eat this i feel nausea and vomiting now my age is 23year male vegetarian,,,,,i started gym to gain muscles give diet plan but pls dont add sweet things in my diet ,,beacause i cannot able to eat fruits,,,or sugar like dishes, pls make me and help me to make diet plan,
