I can understand your concern.
Brain lives off glucose only.
Brain cannot metabolise any complex substances, take frequent meals, have lots of greens and fruits, drink glucose water, coconut water etc.
Cap. Gibkoba-m once a day after food, increases the blood circulation and helps you keep going.
Drink lots of water.
Yoga and meditation also help a lot by excreting a calming effect on brain.
