Require diet chart for myself want to reduce weight .i have also joined Gym 4 Months back have lost 10 Kgs of weight only.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan for you.
