I am a 27 years old guy.. but due to my height and physical struture i look very younger than my real age. I am very thin and have belly fat. I have a very low diet ex. stomch gets full in 2 chappatis and metabolism is very low. Each morning after waking up i have vomit sensations and usaully this also happens after having heavy meals. How should i increase my diet and gain wieght and reduce the belly fat at the same time.
