Diet and wait problem

Dr i am every time feeling lazy and weak i don't like to work my RBc reports are also not normal i have blood deficiency and my weight is also 45 or 47 kgs sometime and my age is 21 please suggest me some tips or anything else that i gain normal weight and i dont feel weak.thanks
