I have been diagnosed with mild diastic recti due to pregnancy... its only been 3 month post partum C Section... when can i start with exercise to treat this condition?? Is it safe to do crunches 3 month post partum?

The exercises can be started as soon as your stitches are cut. In order to maintain your abs in the functional condition, you need to start doing core activation exercises before it loses its tone completely. Please visit a physiotherapist who shall assess the level of the condition and start appropriate exercises. The session should be supervised as unsupervised sessions would do more harm than good. You might take around 6 months to a year to come in shape. All the best. Live long and live strong!
