Recently am done with my abdominal scan, wen i get up my stomach bulge @unambical, I have done with 2csections,last baby 22 months ...but I don't have any pain  for hernia..us really needed surgery for hernia?for diastasis recti am strtd with workout..n my skin was sagging too much how to over come it mam?
