Diarrhea, stomach cramps

I have just returned from morocco, whilst out there i ate a small amount of chicken before finding out it was undercooked with blood in the middle. I am now experiencing diarrhea and bad stomach cramps i have also vomited a small amount. The stomach cramps are constant and not getting better after going to the toilet.

I would advise you to have ORS supplementation. Drink plenty of fluids (Aim at drinking 3.5 liters of water). Stay hydrated and have a liquid diet containing of soups and juices as you may find it difficult to digest solid food at present. If your condition persists or worsen kindly visit the ER at the earliest.
