My son is 32months old. He is feeling unwell. His stomach is upset. He has gone motions 6-7 times after this evening. We have given him neopeptine,diof and prebiotic sachet.he is still feeling unwell. What to do sir please help

You have already over treated your son, just wait and have some patience. Most important thing is to make him drink plenty of fluids and normal diet.
