Diarrhea and abdominal pain

I have been experiencing continuous lower abdominal pain and back pain from 2.5 months. i also have mouth ulcers and heat in stomach and lower abdomen. i consulted a doctor he gave me sompraz, rinifol, betusol, pantocid but it was of no use. please help.
